The app has 4 buttons at the bottom. Always 4. Never more. This is the home base no matter what role you have or what features are turned on.
The 4 buttons are: Acasă (Home — what to do today), Catalog/Produse (browse or manage products), Comenzi (your orders), Cont (everything else — team, settings, loyalty, analytics, etc.).
The first 3 tabs are the daily work. The 4th tab — Cont — is a long, well-organized list (like the Settings app on your phone) where every other feature lives. As the roadmap ships, new features get a row in Cont; the 3 main tabs don't get more crowded.
What changes between roles: a retailer worker sees a short Cont (just their profile and team). A distributor owner sees a long Cont with analytics, delivery routes, integrations, etc. The home base stays the same shape, so the muscle memory works for everyone.
This is what a shop owner sees once everything is shipped. Each phone = one tab.
What to do today. Setup nudges, low-stock alerts, order updates, loyalty progress.
Browse exclusive products. Search, filter, add to cart. Points-per-product shown inline.
All orders, current and past. Status, delivery ETA, invoice download.
The hub. Long but organized — every other feature lives here, grouped by topic.
Same tab, same structure, but the sections inside reflect the distributor's job (agents, analytics, deliveries, integrations).
For reference
Notice: same shell, same header style. Different sections inside because their job is different.
What needs your attention right now. Setup nudges → low-stock alerts → order updates → loyalty progress. The screen evolves as the product grows but stays one place.
The main "stuff" you work with. Retailers browse and order. Distributors manage their listings, pricing, availability.
Orders, current and past. Retailers see "my orders". Distributors see "incoming orders to fulfill". Same tab, same structure, different perspective.
Everything else, organized in sections. As features ship, they get added here, not as new tabs. This is how the app handles complexity without becoming overwhelming.
The tabs stay constant. Inside each tab, what shows up depends on the role's permissions. A worker sees less. An owner sees more. Nobody has to learn a new navigation.
"Acasă tells me what's next. The middle two tabs are my daily work. Cont is everything else."
If a 45-year-old shop owner can repeat that sentence after using the app once, the navigation works.
