Nav v3: Cont moves behind the avatar, 4th tab freed for role-priority

What's different from v2

Cont was just personal stuff (notifications, language, support, sign out). It doesn't deserve a bottom tab — it's not daily work.

The avatar in the top-right opens a bottom sheet with everything that used to be in Cont. Standard pattern (Instagram, Linear, Stripe).

A bell icon next to the avatar handles notifications — a red dot when something's new. Tap to open the inbox.

The freed 4th tab becomes role-specific for what actually matters in that person's day. See proposed assignments below.

From any tab, tap your avatar (top-right) → bottom sheet with profile + settings.

Some of these 4th-tab choices are gut calls. Worth your input:

• retailer_admin — Echipa or Loialitate? (admins manage AND order; only one wins the tab)

• retailer_owner — Comenzi (live oversight) or Loialitate (their own engagement)?

• distributor_agent — Vizite (schedule) or Promoții (deals to push)?

• distributor_owner — Echipa (agents) or a deep Analiză tab?
